What are you trying to achieve by removing fields during the cloning process?

Do the fields exist in the issue type and project created by the clone process?

Are you trying to remove the fields entirely or are you trying to erase the data from those fields in the problem created by the cloning process?

It is not possible to include clearing fields in the issue clone activity. There are methods to clear the fields after the cloning process is complete.

According to this post, you can use the ScriptRunner app to accomplish the task.

You can also use an automation rule to clear fields after cloning is complete. I haven't worked out the specifics, but cloning an issue creates an issue link, and there is a trigger to run a rule when the issues are linked.
