Error on saving generated tasks on WBS Gantt in Jira

Hi,

I was generating new tasks thru WBS Gantt Chart in Jira and it was giving me error message when i click save. It says error loading the page and is having difficulties. This has been going on for 3 days now. Anyone knows how to get rid of these error messages and continue creating tasks without having to close and restart every time?

Thank you.

Hello @Janice Guiyab ,

This is Hal from Ricksoft, the vendor of the app. We're sorry to hear that you are having an issue with saving new tasks.

Can you please answer/provide us with the following information via our customer portal page?

https://ricksoft-support.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/group/46

  1. Do other users have the same issue?
  2. Do other Gantt-Charts have the same issue?
  3. Can you perform the operation with a different browser?
  4. A video with the error being reproduced and the .har and .log files of your Jira Instance collected while the issue is reproduced.
  • Open your instance in a Chrome Browser;
  • Open the Browser Console (press F12 or right-click on the mouse and choose Inspect);
  • Navigate to the Network tab, check the box next to preserve log, and perform the steps to reproduce the problem;
  • Save the results as .har file (right-click and choose Save as HAR with content);
  • Navigate to the Console tab, and perform the steps to reproduce a second time;
  • Save the results as .log file (right-click and choose Save as);
  • Attach the files to the ticket.

Thank you for your cooperation and I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.

All the best,
Hal
Ricksoft
