Error message when user tries to use "save filter" in work management projects

Dear All,

I can't find my configuration mistake and need some help.

We use Jira Work Management (JWM) in Cloud and the project is company-managed.

Our users in JWM can't save their filters for the Kanban Board. If they try, this error message occurs: 

As administrator, I can easily do that. The connection is stable, same set up. I impersonated the user.

My best guess is that I the permissions - either global or the permission scheme - are not configured properly. The global permisson "Share dashboards and filtes" is assigned to a users group.

I had a user that was experiencing this same issue and it turned out to be a permission issue with Team Managed projects. My user was missing from a standard group that was given global permission to Share dashboards and filters. After adding them to the group, the unhelpful error stopped happening.

Hello, Good day. Whether this user has board admin permission ? What is the change this user is trying to perform on board ?
