Error message when user tries to use "save filter" in work management projects
Dear All,
I can't find my configuration mistake and need some help.
We use Jira Work Management (JWM) in Cloud and the project is company-managed.
Our users in JWM can't save their filters for the Kanban Board. If they try, this error message occurs:
As administrator, I can easily do that. The connection is stable, same set up. I impersonated the user.
My best guess is that I the permissions - either global or the permission scheme - are not configured properly. The global permisson "Share dashboards and filtes" is assigned to a users group.
