We are trying to update the tasks status but we can't change from one status to another. Screenshot below with our problem - it says "status can't be loaded. Try again". We are trying again, refreshing the page, logging in and out... but it's not working. What's the problem? Thanks!
Hi @Valerie Knapp @John Funk , thanks for your quick reply.
It seems to happen in different browsers but only for this project. As far as we know is team-managed.
Thanks!
Hi @Lara Solera Wizner , thanks for your reply. If it is a team-managed project, please get the person who created it to make sure you have the most permission possible, as team-managed projects have a different structure for how they work.
For example, if the project has 'Limited' access, you could see the issues but not have the ability create or edit. This might be why you can't move through the workflow. So, in this case, you can either ask to be added to the project, if it is set as Private, or request that the access is changed to Open.
I hope this helps but if not, as always, please write here and either I or someone else will try to help.

HI Lara - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What type of project is this - Team-managed or Company-managed? Does it happen with other issues on this project? Or just this one issue?

Maybe try editing the Workflow to see if that helps somehow.

Also, this is a good page to bookmark, just in case there is a wider problem in Atlassian -

Hi @Lara Solera Wizner , welcome to the community and thanks for your question.
Have you also tried in another broswer? Sometimes this can also help.
Otherwise, can you check if there might be a permissions issue? Is this a team-managed or company-managed project?
If you're still stuck, please reply and either I or someone else will try to help.
Cheers
