I am relatively new to Jira Work Management and trying to create a repository of templates we can access as needed for repeatable marketing campaigns. Based on my initial research, it seems we need to get the 'Issue Templates for Jira' app or something similar. Maybe I'm missing something so wanted to check with the community. Open to any suggestions as to what you all use, and thanks in advance for your help!
Hello @Brittany Melville
Jira does not have native issue template feature.
You could create issues that have the information that you want to use as a template, and then Clone those "template" issues to make new issues. The cloning can be done either manually or using the Automation for Jira feature.
