Hi everyone!
I want to copy an existing workflow and use it for another project. If I now change something in the copy of the workflow, will this also affect the original? If yes, is there a way to prevent this?
Kind regards,
Pauline
Hey Pauline,
Your copied workflow will never impact your original workflow.
Once you copy it it's a distinct workflow with no relationship back to the old one.
Cheers,
Peter
Hi @Pauline Hild ,
If you make changes to a copied workflow, the original workflow will NOT get affected.
After you copy, both are two different workflows.
Please note: If the copied workflow is used in many projects, then the changes will be applied to all projects.

Thanks for your answer. If I understand you correctly, changes in the copied workflow will not affect the original, but once I use the copied workflow again for multiple projects, it will?

You got it right.
but once I use the copied workflow again for multiple projects, it will? ---> Only copied workflow will be affected, not the Original one.
