Design forms for printing them out

We use several forms for different issues, like change management, complaints, CIP, .... These forms are created with MS Word. We would like to digitalize the workflows using these forms with Jira Work Management. But sometimes we need a nice printout which should have a simular style like our MS Word forms. How can I design forms nicely within Jira Work Management for printing them out?
