We are looking for the default Jira types & workflows. Do you have any references that we can use?

Hi Eleni,

There are two types of default we could be speaking here:

1) Default by system. This came originally with the system.

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/configuring-workflow-schemes-938847421.html

2) Default by admin. Admin set different scheme as default.

Each user requirement would be different. Assuming we want to use an original scheme for reference, we can just copy the scheme as a backup.

Hi Eleni - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

There are many different project templates in Jira that have a variety of "default" issue types and workflows. The point being that you can use pretty much anything you want and can more custom ones if you like.

Hi @eleni lialiamou ,

If you're an admin, you can view the defaults set up in your account by clicking on the the settings icon (next to your profile icon) and selecting "Issues". Then, on the left, "Issue Types" will have the configured issue types and "Workflows" is as the name suggests.

Hope that helps!

Thanks @Hariharan Iyer ! What I need is a clear documentation of the Default Jira Issue types & workflows (recommended) so we can reference them during our migration project. Would appreciate any references
