Hi,

You can always do an automation rule that directly moves the issue back to state "to do" if the field time tracking is empty.

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for the answer. Unfortunately, i can't find "original estimation" when i want to add an automation rule. They propose everything except this one...

Hi,

Have you tried the "Advanced Compare Function" using smart values?
-First Value e.g.      {{issue.customfield_14335}}
- Condition e.g.     greater than
-Second value e.g. 0

and if not, revert transition and notify user.
