Collaborators not appearing

We have added the custom field for collaborators to our Jira Work Management System

As an org admin, I can see the option in a new ticket, but other team members cannot.

We are all using the FREE plan.

Hi @Jared Fusedale ,

I hope you are doing well.

Make sure that user who is trying to search for user in collaborators should have "browse user and group permission".

Follow below steps:

1. Go to Settings > System.
2. On the left side menu, click Global permissions.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the permissions page.
4. Select Grant "Browse users and groups" to a group of which the affected user is part.
