Cloud Jira : Can I pull Non-Jira data into the Jira-Cloud dashboards?

Our organization is exploring Jira Cloud at this time. We wonder, does Jira Cloud Dashboard have the ability to pull information from Non-Jira data sources? Like Salesforce/PowerBi?

Hi @Namrata Anant Sabnis ,

 

Not out of the box. You will need connectors to do this depending on the source.

 

For example powerBI, you may want to look into this add-on:

Suggestions is to get all your list of requirement data sources. Then look at the Atlassian marketplace to see if there's an add-on to pull the data into Jira and has widgets for the data source to be place in the dashboards.

 

However, if you are doing data correlation and modeling, might consider thinking about an application that can ingest almost any source data(Strutuce and non-structure.
