Closed sprints are not displaying in reburn down chart etc..) but displaying in issue search

I am using Jira cloud and facing below issue

when i click on complete sprint in sprint board it is closed properly but it is not showing in the burndown chart or any other sprint wise reports but when i click on issue search report all the stories are displaying

can you pls suggest how can i bring missing sprints into reports.

When you say "closed properly", does that mean it was in the last column on the board when the sprint was closed?
