Check for time tracking field (required field)

Hello,

We are moving to Jira Cloud and see that a Kanban project is now created different to what we have on premise. Now workflows are managed on a very graphical but limited way. I'm trying to set a validation for the "time tracking" field in order to allow an issue closing but when I specify a Rule the field is not displayed:

How can this be done?

Thank you!

At this point in time, I believe there are only a limited set of fields you can make mandatory in rules and Time Tracking is not one of them - JSWCLOUD-17631
