Can you share a software project board with work management users?

Is it possible for a Jira Work Management user to view a Kanban Board associated with a Jira Software project?

Currently Work Management users are getting an error "It seems this board does not have a location assigned"

Are these boards for issues in Team Managed or Company Managed Software projects?

If you go to the Boards list, do these boards show a Location?

Do the Work Management users have Jira Software Product Access according to https://admin.atlassian.com ?

The board in question is in a company managed software project. It has a location set and the board can be viewed by Jira Software users.

What is not working (and giving the error) is when users with only a Jira Work Management license try to access the board.

A user must have a Jira Software license to view the Kanban/Scrum boards associated with Jira Software projects.

The product licensing determines the functionality a user can access. A user with only a Work Management license won't be able to view Agile boards and other Jira Software product-specific functionality.
