Trying to assign an issue to an employee that is part of the project.
In the project we have many boards (per team)
When I assign an issue to said employee I can only see the issue in the general board of the project, and not in the board in which the correct sprint that I've assigned the issue to exists.
For example, in sprint ## of the backend team I've assigned an issue to John. the issue is only visible in the general board and not in the backend team sprint board

I'd start by making sure that you have the status that ticket is in mapped to a column on the Backend team sprint board and that the board filter isn't excluding that ticket for some reason. Those are the two most common reasons a ticket will show up on one board but not another.
