Can't Add Request Participants

Hi,

I'm trying to add request participants in my task but i'm having some issues.

I already add the field, but when I click it i can't choose any participants. Always returns me this message:

Then, I click to refresh and the issue remains.

Can someone help me?

The Request participants is a feature available only for Jira Service Management projects.

• What are request participants?  

When the field is added to Jira Work Management or Jira Software project, it’s expected that it won’t return any users of the site.

There is a feature request suggesting adding this option on all projects:

• Allow the Request Participants field to be used in other project types

In this case, the best option is to use the Watcher field. When someone is added as a watcher, they will receive notifications of the ticket. 

• Watch, share, and comment on an issue
