Can Polymetis Colorful Labels be used in Jira Work Management?

We installed the app and was able to create the labels but can see and select the custom label when adding it to an Epic. Is there something else we should be doing so that we can have the color label show up within the specific epic/tasks?

@margeline.thomas Welcome to the Atlassian community

When you installed it did you associate with with all your screens or the screens associated with JWM project?  I think the project will need to be company managed as well.   https://docs.polymetis-apps.com/colorful-labels/docs/getting-started/install  If you are not able to get it to work by associating the screens I would suggest submitting an issue to the app creator and see if it is compatible with JWM https://jodocus.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1   After looking at their support docs it looks like it is if you are using a company managed project.
