CSVインポート用の雛形が知りたい

こちらのURLを見ましたが、CSVのインポート雛形が分かりませんでした。

一度プロジェクトをCSVエクスポートしてそれを編集すればよいと思いましたが、
その方法も分からなかったため、教えて頂きたいです。

ではCSVファイルを'Tips for importing CSV data into Jira fields'などを参考に作成して、
その後インポートして、フィールドを結びつけるといった作業になるのでしょうか。
