At the moment, you can operate with an English-only interface language. However, we're committed to increasing the ease of use, and we are already working on the big initiative 'Multilingual App interface.' 
 
Please be informed that Russian will be one of the supported languages. You can follow work progress in the feature request ticket: ONE-28378. Please note that it is best to open it in the incognito tab of your browser.
