Better PDF for Cloud referencing Parent custom field value

I am generating a PDF in my subtask, but would like to reference a value in the Parent in the PDF. I used to use the following code on Server but it does not seem to be working for cloud?

#foreach($issue in $issues)

#set($issuekey = $issue.key)

#set($parent = $issue.parentObject) ## Parent

##set($isincodeParent = $customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObject("customfield_10784")) ## ISIN Code (TXT)
##set($isinCode = $parent.getCustomFieldValue($isincodeParent))

#end

My output is then the $isinCode field

What should this be for Cloud?
