Automation creating subtasks depending on the summary

Edited

Hi,

I'm using an automation that creates subtasks. I would now like to extend this automation with the feature that different subtasks are created depending on the summary, as we have different types of projects, each requiring different subtasks. Is it possible to modify the automation to create a different set of subtasks depending on a certain word in the summary field?

Kind regards,

Pauline

Hi Pauline.

Yes this is possible. You simple need to use IF/Else conditions in your automation and create the sub-tasks under those IF/Else statements:

I thought about that but wasn't sure, thank you!

How can I define a certain word in the summary?
