Automation creates an unscheduled issue

Goodnight,

I created a specific automation, which consists of;

When the status of the open JSM project goes into analysis, create a new issue in another JWM project and choose the project and task to use,

however something fails, the automation creates another task with a single field and then creates the right task with the fields marked for copying
