Automatically add Issue field values as Labels

Hello,

I'd would like certain issue custom fields to be added to the labels automatically.

Example:

• Issue: PRO-001
  • Custom Field1: "Red"
  • Customer Field2: "Large"
  • Labels: "Red", "Large"

I've tried to do this through the Automation tool without any success. Help?

This should be doable. 

Can you share a screenshot of your automation rule and of any audit log entries, to make it easier for us to try and assist?

I suspect you will need something like the below

Note: I've used a custom field "Program Increment" and focused on "PI-3" as the value (if populated) that I would want as a label.
