Automate status transition

Hi togehter, 

I was wondering how I can automate an status transition that is triggered when all subtasks are "done".  I tried it with automations --> for subtasks, when status is equal to "done" , then transition Status to status xx.... But somehow it doesnt work. 

Did anyone of you has had the same problem?

frist of all thanks for your fast response! I now tried your config but it somehow still doesnt work. Honestly I dont unterstand it at all as it all makes sense... Just fyi: the JQL code ect is in german but there is no error..
