Auto transition for SubTask based on Parent

Hi Team,

I am working on Training Life Cycle Automation.

I am transition an issue (Training Request) from Requestor, to Learning Partner to Capability and then based on some validations of training recommendations, finally Learning Partner transitions the issue to Execution SPOC. Now while transition from Learning Partner to Execution SPOC, I have used an automation to automatically add two SubTasks and Transition the status for both the new SubTasks to Execution SPOC.

However its not working, can someone look into the project and help me understand why its not working.

Name of my Project: Training Execution Automation

Name of automation: "LearningPartnerToExecutionSPOC-AddSubTalk for eLearning and or ILT-v2"

Hi @Jithesh

This is the online community rather than Atlassian's support service, so we will not be able to look on your instance of Jira. You would need to raise a support ticket with Atlassian directly or provide more infromation here (screenshots, any error messages in the audit log, rule config etc) so that we can help you investigate the issue

@Jithesh you can try posting an image of the automation rule here as long as it doesn't include any sensitive information and we can try helping you

Hi @Ron Levy Based on your suggestion, I have attached a file with image of Automation, expected functionality and part of the workflow diagram which is getting impacted. Hope this will give more clarity.
