Auto populate field value from one subtask to another

I am trying to implement a training execution automation.

Each of my request will have multiple SubTasks and there are multiple common fields.

I would want the field value which are filled in one SubTask by an assignee to be auto populated in the other SubTask to be viewable and editable by other assignees.

As the number of fields are high is there a easy way to achieve this.
