All Closed issues are not shown in the work Management board

Hi All!!

We have a project in Work Management where some issues were closed on september.

When I open the board the Closed Column is empty and I can't find any way to configure the board to show them.

Is there any default configuration like in Jira Software project were issues are removed from kanban board when fixed version is completed or something like that?

Is there any way we could see the Closed issues in the board? I would like to know it in order to explain the reason and workaround if any available.

Thanks in advance,

Ro

Hi @Rosana Casilli ,

Team-managed and Work Management projects will only show issues done/closed for two weeks. After that, they will be hidden from the board.

Perhaps, as a workaround, you can create a new Kanban board under someone's profile and add a shortcut to the project.

I hope that helps,

Cheers,

Melo
