Add "Comments" and "Attachements" at Jira Work Management

I've started to work with Jira Work Management and I try to configure my issues. I want to add "Comments" at Activity, so that user can comment the issue, but I don't where. Same problem with "Attachements". I have no idea how can I add them to my issue. I already added Attachement at my screen, but when I'm back on my project, I can't see this field.

Hi Christine,

You should be able to just click on the card and inter the information. It should look like this:

You have the Attach link at the top and the ability to put in comments at the bottom.
