Hello Atlassains,
iam curious why an auto reply from Outlook (Out of Office) can't answer/comment on a new task creation in Jira Work Management..?
Is there a way or any workaround like Precedence: bulk header on ? I've managed to create Tasks to a single Project via mail forwarding from my email inbox to jira but it would be way better if i could answers/comment on the new created task.
Regards
In Service Management it works instantly without configuration,
does Work Management not accept E-Mails from an automated source or something ?
Any update ? or Ideas why i doesnt sent or accept the auto mail ?
Also i sucessfully build a workaround with status "not avaible" or an "Away Project" but i still can't figure out the comment feature.
Help is much appreciated!

Hi @Christoph Schulz ,
I don't really know exactly why the interaction you're mentioning doesn't work.
However, if you want to get OoO notes posted in issues, Out of Office Assistant for Jira Cloud can do just that... and much more.
I'm the product owner, so feel free to ask anything or request any features you'd like to see in the app.
Cheers!

Some random jira salesman told this feature was integrated, but it was your app ;)
any how is there a nativ, vanilla or original feature i can use ?

I'm afraid you can't without a lot of work... that's the main reason we built an app!
