Add Status Issue Backlog Item

How can I add the status´issues (Done, Test..) for view this status in backlog ?

You can custom your backlog card layout in board config

And then your backlog looks like this

Hi Alvin - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No, you won't be able to add other columns here. The thought is that if it is in the Backlog, then it's only in one status, so that doesn't need to be shown. 

You should create a filter with the columns you want to show and place a link to it in the Shortcuts section on the left.
