As I can only add 1 person assigned to a task, bug or any issue type. How can I trigger an automatic rule for sending updates of the case to additional assignees?

In my case I create a field in the defintion of the issue types that is named "Additional Assignee", I would like to create a rule that if some people appear as additional assignee, they receive the same notifications as they were the "assignee".

Hi @Teresa Ruiz-Rico Gómez ,

You can add them as watchers to the ticket using the "Manage Watchers" action.

Hi @Teresa Ruiz-Rico Gómez ,

Welcome to the community !!

you need to update notification scheme and add the user field to the required actions. i.e.

Go to project settings --> Notifications --> Actions --> Edit Notification.
For required notification type  (Example: Issue created etc.) --> Add -->User custom field --> Select your field and save the scheme.
