The quick answer is you can't right now. Hopefully, they will be rolling out more functionality as to quick filters for the board soon, but I don't know a timeline.

In order to limit the issues on a board using filters, you need to configure the board and set the filter query.
For this, please navigate to the board settings from the 3 dots menu on the right-hand side top and update the filter query.
