I just moved to a technical team. They have bi-weekly sprints. They use the Kanban board to manage their workload. I noticed that the developers just move their work items to Done when they are finish testing. There are no demos to anyone. At the end of the two week sprint, they just roll their current work items into the new sprint. Nothing has been moved into production as all the work is pre-work before the system actually goes live.
Looking for feedback on the best process for this team. I don't feel like they should be using sprints at all but I would like to hear other opinions. Not sure there is a way to have one continuous never ending sprint using JIRA (but this would make the Done column grow quite large over time).
