Jira for project management

Dear Atlassian Community,

We are a metal production company currently facing some challenges with project management. We are considering using Jira for better project tracking and coordination and would like to know:

1. Can we send drawings, files, and other documents within Jira for easy sharing and collaboration?
2. Would Jira allow us to assign procurement tasks and track the progress of procurement processes effectively?

Additionally, would it be possible for you to send us a presentation or any resources that outline how Jira can be used for full project management in our industry?

Hello Aytan,

Jira is a great tool for working with tasks and creating workflows of your company.

Keep it simple stupid. If you have an complex analog process and put it exactly the same way into jira as a workflow it won´t get better.
