Today marks 1 month since JWM Premium launched! Thank you to all of our early trialists and customers who continue to partner with us to shape the way they get work done. We’ve had some great, actionable feedback on Overviews which we’ll continue to invest in and have more features like Approvals coming soon.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on your experience so far! Whether you’re an existing customer of JWM Premium, are currently trialling it or have trialled it but didn’t think it was for you - we want to hear from you! As always, we always appreciate your feedback and look forward to hearing from you.

Hi, where is the best place to get a comparison of standard vs premium? I've joined a demo taking place 12th September, but do you have any videos I can watch ahead of that demo? Thanks.

The price is very high for a small company like ours which is why the features comparison is what I need to learn more about. However most are 'coming soon' so it's not going to get the OK from finance to double the licence cost! It's really not a good approach for us with just 60 employees.

Hi @Marion Richardson, we appreciate the feedback and can understand your company's perspective. 

We'll be announcing the rollout of these "coming soon" features very soon which will be included in the current packaging and pricing. Stay tuned in the coming weeks!

Those are my thoughts too. The price jump is very steep especially for small business. We upgraded but we feel very uncomfortable with the price and we are actively looking for other solutions.

The Customer portals need more customization  options, and atlassian is far behind zendesk on communications (chat, chatbot, chat through slack).
