The price is very high for a small company like ours which is why the features comparison is what I need to learn more about. However most are 'coming soon' so it's not going to get the OK from finance to double the licence cost! It's really not a good approach for us with just 60 employees.

Those are my thoughts too. The price jump is very steep especially for small business. We upgraded but we feel very uncomfortable with the price and we are actively looking for other solutions.
The Customer portals need more customization options, and atlassian is far behind zendesk on communications (chat, chatbot, chat through slack).
