I'm managing an HCM project called Talent Bridge BD, which includes recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding efforts. We’re using Jira Work Management to handle these processes, and I’m looking for best practices on how to optimize Jira for both HR workflows and our employer branding initiatives.
In particular, I would love advice on: Structuring workflows for recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities. Automating tasks to streamline operations across HR and branding teams. Creating custom dashboards for tracking progress and reporting. Collaborating efficiently between HR and marketing teams within Jira. If anyone has experience managing employer branding or HCM projects using Jira, I’d appreciate your insights!
