Another big disappointment from Atlassian and Jira
Jira is a very popular tool, we know that, I would say 'unfortunately it is very popular'. This means that those who have to develop it and keep it up to date can live off their income without putting in much effort, because unfortunately the competition from other software houses is not up to the task. Jira's competitors are almost toys. What a shame. Because if Atlassian finally had some competition that made them lose millions of dollars, maybe they would wake up! Anyway, here's my question to the community. Is it possible that if you want to export an Assets report for Jira (the former Riada Insight - Jira's CMDB par excellence), you can't get a serious report in Excel or PDF? And you have to juggle with conversions and stuff, with JSON files and other silly programmer's gimmicks, 'based on the safe money that users forced to use Jira pay every month'?
It looks like the feature you're requesting is not available. However, it is in progress. There is an area for you to vote for it here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9930
I hope that helps you.
