why issue types "story" cannot added a bug in sub task

Suppose i create some story points for one projects and create a sprint then can i added a bugs in sub task of these story points

I'm sorry, but that makes no sense.

Not sure what "create story points" means (do you mean put story points on issues?), and "added a bugs in sub task of these story points" is nonsense.
