unnecessary fields while ticket transition

I don't want to see these fields while ticket transition to team-managed project

Welcome! Looks like your destination project has these fields as required. You'll need to remove those fields or make them no longer required in your destination project 

since your destination project requires, it's prompting you for them. It's indicated by the red asterisk.

even this red * not really required ,

just a fields I don't want to be shown while transition and they are not required in the project or any other places

I've removed unnecessary fields, yet one field that's still in use appears as required during transition. 

The red asterisk serves only as a visual cue to indicate that it's required, but it doesn't actually prevent progression.

and I do not have any control on it and I don't want to delete this field (Time Spent)

What can be the potential solutions for this issue?
