Hello.
I need to detect the number of times a ticket was in a specific state, for example: ticket 22 was in REWORK 3 times. Is it possible to structure this statement in JQL?

JQL will not provide this functionality. Individuals have added a custom field and incremented a count on an issue to gather this information.
There are apps that can provide this information. Status Time and Time in Status are two I know of.
