Hello, I kicked off a JIRA backup from the cloud with the intention of restoring it in a new instance. The browser never displayed the zipped folder after all the extraction and processing though so I had no way to get the backup file. I went ahead and tried another backup but said I was limited and couldn't run for another day or so.
I then went and did a little reading and though I might be able to get the backup somewhere so I tried webDav. When I connected from explorer I just saw two directories backupmanager and dump files, both of which were empty.
Is there a different place I can access my backup or do I just have to wait a day and try again?
