We had a new team member start recently. I granted him access to Jira as well as added him into the correct group and project. However, when he is assigned an issue in this project, they do not show up in his "your work" section. They show up on the board when he clicks on his name, but the your work area is empty. He is doing the QA and it would be helpful for him to be able to access these issues through there.

if the resolution is set for the ticket then it would not show in "your work".
