what is the issue ...as the user has access to the project

@Prajwal Ashok Nagrale You should check and make sure that they have a license to use the application.  If they do make sure that they are using the correct account to login.  If they are using chrome make sure that they are not automatically logging in with the account that is logged into chrome.

@Prajwal Ashok Nagrale so they are opening a filter but the issues from the projects are not their?
