"Normal" priority icon is stopped working in JIRA.
We have not done any change to this icon before so could you investigate why it's not showing?
Thank you for the help!
Hello @[deleted]
Thank you for reaching out.
I believe there are no reported bugs that could cause the default priority icons to don't display properly, so I believe you are probably facing a cache issue in the application.
I went ahead and cleared the context cache for your Jira application site. In order to check if it has properly worked, follow the steps below:
Let us know if you have any questions.
What is the name of the icon file? I can only choose one of these.
I have tester normal.png but that did not work.

Thanks all! Seems to be working now :)

@[deleted] It is working because I changed the icon to the trivial icon. But I would like to have a neutral icon, like a dot or right pointing arrow. Using an arrow that point downwards is not representative of the normal priority.

I noticed if i just hit Ctrl+F5 on the page it reset everything and the priority icon started appearing again.
