One user can't receive google email from jira when test customer notifications. his account is normal. I can receive google email when test customer notifications. but he can't . I don't know how to check this issue.
@Jianquan Zhang I would suggest using the notification helper to check and see if there are any configuration issues that would prevent that user from receiving the emails. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-the-jira-admin-helper/ You will need to be a Jira admin to do so.
