I've configured Application Link using
Settings > Products > INTEGRATIONS > Application Links
Added there `Consumer Key` and `Public Key` for incomming.
When trying to connect, getting this error:

My client app is on http://62.84.118.101:12069/. I've tried jira on-premis also - and it works fine. Only have such problem with cloud jira.

But it seems that the issue is on jira cloud side, since I've connected to my on-premis instance successfully.
