not able to see the tickets but have results based on filter

Hi,

Im using chrome, but when I filter the tickets, I know there are tickets listed but they are invisible or is not showing up, but I can click on then to say open the ticket. what seetings do I need to change in my Chrome to fix this?

I hope you are doing well!

I think it is temporary glitch on Jira UI. Can you please try the same in incognito mode first, if It works then remove the cache of your browser and then try.

Steps to remove browser cache.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.
