magically no admin access anymore

Dear community, the support from atlassian is cruel.

I was the Admin of my project, and since yesterday my Admin-Permissions are gone. Answer for this is just a:

But nobody can tell me, who is the NEW Admin now :D I was the admin the whole time....

Does anyone have the same problems?

Hello @Samuel Wartmann,

Welcome to Community!

Checking the details of your site, I can confirm that the email you mentioned is not an admin (the account doesn’t exist on the site actually).

The site administrator and also the main billing contact of the site is the very same account you are using here in the community and that’s the only site admin.

The only way to see if the account was deleted is by checking the Audit log, but this feature is not available on Free sites.

Please, access your Jira site using the same account you are using here and then, add/invite your other account.

Hey, thanks for your reply! I cant invite someone to https://smssignale.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa because I am not an admin and dont have access anymore.

The billing-account is still info@sms-signale.de In this account I see only jira trial....

What can I do?

Now I can see the "User" Control in my "not admin" account, :D before there was no permission!

and then I have invited info@sms-signale.de but how you can see there is no ADMIN in the user-list...

What are the next steps? How can I add info@sms-signale.de as admin again?

And how can I access to my invoices again :D

Hi Samuel,

The account you mentioned doesn't exist on the site and it's not the billing contact.

Can you please access your site using the same email you are using here in the community on an incognito window?

Then, to invite new users you need to go to Cog icon > User management.

I can see that you accessed the site today and that's the only account on your site with admin permissions.

Thank you for the screenshots, @Samuel Wartmann.

You need to click on the user’s name and add the role Site administrator.

Then, in case you need this account to also be an Org admin, click on Settings > Administrators > Add administrators.

Regarding the billing information, you need to go to https://my.atlassian.com/ and add this account to technical and billing contacts.
