Hi @anas khan,

The resolution is to add this argument in Confluence JVM options. Inside setenv.sh.

-Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300

i got same problem and still no luck solving it !
i tried what @edwin said but i didnt find those things, i didnt install jira at that time i have installed Atlassian sdk and that comes not with such things and the localhost is on port 2990

after i installed jira i could access localhost:8080 and it works just fine ! but on the otherhand localhost:2990 still telling me "ThisPage is for Jira administrators" and this one i need to develope and test plugins !

if it worths to mention those both works fine on my laptop but not on pc where only jira localhost works fine ! which drives me crazy since i didnt find any difference !
