Hi all

A 404 error occurred when we used jira today, and our confluence service could not be accessed at the same time. Check the server, jira service is running normally. After we restarted jira service, the access is normal. Check log everything is normal, but we found that when the problem occurred, the number of database links was relatively high (our jira and confluence use the same database), how should we troubleshoot this problem

Hi @Pavel Junek

Thank you for your reply

We have been busy recently, and there is no problem with jira for the time being. I will check the documents one by one when there is time in the future. Thank you for your help
